Depends what car you're in. You CAN'T do Donuts in the Nakamure SI-7 or the Racing edition because it is front wheel drive. However, in most cars (and bikes) you simply hold down accelerate and the direction you want to go at the same time. If you do this in a bike, the rider will use his foot to push around, but you can make him withdraw his foot by holding down reverse as well. You can also do Wheelie Donuts in bikes, (very hard in the GP Firehawk) but its a little harder to explain so I'll let you figure it out...
