You simply have to defeat Marowak's ghost at Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town with the Silph Scope you get from Giovanni (Rocket Boss) in the basement of Game Corner. You then defeat the rockets upstairs and talk to Mr. Fuji who will give you Pokémon Flute. Logaritm: 1. Get to Celadon city in any way 2. Go to Game Corner Building 3. North of this place is a rocket, fight him and talk to the poster behind him 4. Take the newly found stairs to the right, you're in Basement level 1 5. Explore, find things and fight rockets or skip this floor if you want the easy way 6. The stairs you entered have stairs down right next to them, take them to Basement level 2 7. Explore, you'll find the Elevator soon, but it needs a Lift Key first. 8. When you entered, you saw a rocket, north to him are stairs down to Basement level 3 9. You explore and find other stairs up than the ones you entered. Other part of Basement level 2 10. fight the rocket in the north and he'll drop Lift Key 11.
