Thank you. You helped me reflect on how our little church community gathers in the disenfranchised - those without 'traditional' family. It's not just that Jesus wanted to subvert or dusrupt social norms, but it was his relentless and driven compassion for those who had been left out in the cold — the marginalised, widowed, orphaned, ostracised.
