I love the line of saying the anti-trust people are "favoring competitors, not competition." Too often I feel the same way that these massive companies are working tremendously hard, fighting for market dominance by providing the best products for the consumers. When, as you say, there is no true competition as the winners are penalized for winning, then it feels as though capitalism has lost.
