My point is about things that can theoretically happen but over which you have no control. Like say whether a lump will appear on your neck tomorrow. That's uncontrollable uncertainty. Different vs whether you should have meal X and Y which is controllable. The latter is also an inconsequential choice so fretting over it makes limited sense but the point is that it is controllable.
