Reading and YouTube. I’m still not sure about those two either. I’ve always been a reader, but once I got on the Peterson kick my reading was kind of turbocharged. I felt like I had wasted so much time and missed out on so much. Now, I’m kind of in a place where I’ve recognized that it’s impossible to read everything worth reading anyway, and I’ve spent so much time reading about and listening to smart people discuss the bible, which I’ve only read in part, that I’m starting to wonder whether it wouldn’t be good to read the whole thing for myself and see what that does for me. Isn’t it weird how much we value other people’s opinions on things we could just check out for ourselves?
