System smart is a helpful concept. As a solo professional for 25 years, I've developed many systems to avoid rethinking repetitive steps. For example, a check list for my newsletter production, task reminders for contacts' birthdays to stay in touch. I got a bit distracted by your street smart definition though. Your description is what I think of emotional intelligence. Street smarts are non-book, common sense things you've learned to succeed or at least get by, often by experience. Locking your bike up so it doesn't get stolen or not keeping all your money in one place are street smarts.
