Where is Chris Martenson getting his information that Epstein's hyoid bone was fractured in 3 places? From the official autopsy report? He had to, unless he was there, hiding behind a filing cabinet. Does a conspiracy theorist honestly think the official autopsy report on Epstein would be untouched, uncorrupted by the Conspirators? Or that it was not even *fabricated*...? If the Conspirators have the power the conspiracy theorists tend to impute to them, they could easily have killed Epstein in any manner, and simply fabricated a death by hanging scenario, complete with false autopsy reports, etc. Then we may want to verify Chris Martenson's claim about how a hanging cannot involve 3 fractures of the hyoid bone.
