Thanks Jack for reading, and I appreciate your kind words. I'm definitely not an expert in weather forecasting or machine learning, but I'm always interested in how computation and algorithms can augment tasks that otherwise would be real bottlenecks! Not to mention that weather forecasting is part of my larger interest in understanding the wonder and problems with our current infrastructure.
