I take a daily bath every day of the year and I could write a whole book about the power of the water, of the combat between body and mind in a 1 °C lake in January. In that state of near nudeness, in the elements, I strip my mind too, of things that don’t serve me. There is only my breath and my body, handling the cold. In that state I have composed many pieces that I have written down once my hands have become flexible enough to hold a pen.
