I am glad I am not alone on these familiar feelings, though I was not really carried too much as a kid due to bad parents, the betrayal and the unprocessed trauma is always going to linger I learned. But as long as you keep telling that voice in your head that no matter what happens, you got this. You gotta hold yourself before you get held by anyone else.
