Yes, I put blame on Pfizer for even doing an experiment on children, however, it is a parent's "RESPONSIBILITY" to protect their child, so I feel the parent has at least 50% of the blame. And the excuse that the child "wanted it" doesn't hold up IMHO because she's too young to know the severity of what may happen.
