Thanks so much for reading and your thoughtful comment Lucy. It's been such an interesting space to research. Various models but those similar core drivers. I like the ambitious achiever grouping - striving isn't bad in and of itself. Like most things, we learn to use those talents and motivations in ways that enhance our values, without becoming unhealthy or unsustainable.
