I feel very sad for all the suffering in the universe. It's something I think about a lot. But actual tears? Doesn't happen (at least very often). I suppose I could make myself cry, as if I were acting in a play and the script called for it. But would those be "real" tears? I doubt it. I wonder if it's something to be taken figuratively rather than literally. Feel sad for the suffering in creation - something like that. Or maybe I'm just blocked in some way.
