Happy Mother’s Day to you! Thank you for this poignant, thoughtful and powerfully beautiful message that I can definitely relate to. I was 17 when I had my first child and was under the delusion I could do a better job than my mother did. I too was lost, hurting, lonely, looking for love in all the wrong places but also too rebellious to realize how selfish my choices were. Through the grace of our Creator I muddled through, and I am so proud of the fine man my son became despite the difficulties of those early years as I was becoming my true self. Your words are wise and insightful, an inspiration for all! Many blessings to you & all the beautiful mothers out there 🌹
