I am afraid that I totally disagree with using restraint regarding the dismantling the current bureaucracy. personally, I believe that the federal government should be reduced to strictly constitutional functions and offices and that every bit of the rest should be deleted. the non-constitutional parts which are lip-serviced as purposed to protect or assist citizens have been too corrupted by their corporate ties to function properly. everything in the Alphabet Agency class, since they are definitely not enumerated in the constitution, require deletion. from the sound of it, I suspect you'll vehemently disagree and claim that corruption can be excised or that the agencies actually serve the function they're legislatively assigned or something like that.
